Job summary

American Homestays, LLC dba AmeriBuild is seeking a Construction Laborer to support renovation, repair, and property-improvement projects in Baltimore. You will assist carpentry and licensed trades, help with demolition and material handling, and maintain safe, organized job sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a couple of years of hands-on construction experience. OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in construction, renovation, maintenance, or property rehabilitation preferred.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools and working knowledge of multiple building trades.
• OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, and applicable trade credentials are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demolition, cleanup, material handling, measuring, cutting, assembling, and installation support.
• Assist carpentry and licensed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC professionals.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites and follow safety procedures.
