Job summary

Two years of construction experience preferred; proficiency with tools required. The role offers a structured schedule with potential overtime and local travel in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools; able to follow project plans and supervisor directions.
• Two years of hands-on construction, renovation, or property maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support demolition, cleanup, material handling, measuring, cutting, and installation tasks.
• Assist carpentry and licensed plumbing/electrical/HVAC professionals as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites and protect occupied areas.
• Photograph progress and document daily work records.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisor per protocol.
