Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Concrete Finisher for our production team in Alabama. The role requires finishing and smoothing concrete surfaces, grading for level, and applying finishes per project specs.

You will monitor curing, work with various tools, and support other departments as needed to maintain safety and productivity. Schedule is Monday–Friday with a 7:00 AM start; overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform construction math.

Responsibilities

• Finish and smooth concrete surfaces using hand tools and equipment.
• Grade concrete and ensure proper leveling and finishing according to specifications.
• Monitor curing conditions and adjust work practices based on weather conditions.
• Apply specified finishes based on building plans and project requirements.
• Operate tools and equipment after proper training, including forklifts, lifts, and other plant equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
