Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong knowledge of basic construction math.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to read blueprints and tape measurements.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare mold beds used in casting concrete buildings.
• Inspect and verify concrete forms for proper construction and quality.
• Ensure proper measurements per blueprints and drawings.
• Set up and align forms to required pitch and depth.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Accurately use a tape measure to meet specs.
• Utilize hand and power tools as directed.
• Perform general cleanup and housekeeping duties.
• Handle rebar and wire mesh as required.
• Operate equipment (forklifts, lifts) after training.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
