• Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines for complex components
• Strong skills in milling for metal and plastic components
• Proficiency in Mastercam and/or WorkNC strongly preferred
• Experience interpreting and applying Technical Drawings, CAD models for precision work, and GD&T requirements
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining methods for maximum productivity and quality
• Troubleshoot machining and programming challenges to improve process reliability
• Experience in ISO environments is advantageous

Position Title: CNC Machinist/Programmer

Wage: $35.00-$39.00/hour

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining and programming experience required
• Proficiency in CNC programming and set up, and operation of CNC milling machines for complex, precision components
• Strong skills in Machining and Milling processes for metal and plastic components
• Proficiency in Mastercam and/or WorkNC strongly preferred
• Experience interpreting and applying Technical Drawing, CAD models for precision work, and GD&T requirements
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining methods for maximum productivity and quality
• Troubleshoot machining and programming challenges to improve process reliability
• Knowledge of industry standards and a commitment to quality and detail
• Experience in tool & die, mold making, pattern making, or precision machining environments highly preferred
• Experience working in an ISO compliant environment is an advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines is a plus CNC lathe programming and operating experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
