Job summary

Custom Marine Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our Neenah, WI facility. This full-time, first-shift role involves setting up and operating CNC vertical and horizontal mills to manufacture precision parts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG, plus blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation. Proficiency in programming mills and familiarity with Mastercam is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC vertical and horizontal mills (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam, SMG).
• Blueprint reading and tolerances knowledge.
• Fluent in English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts and components.
• Program mills by entering instructions, tool offsets, and references (advantage if familiar with Mastercam).
• Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to procedures and regulations.
