Job summary

Custom Marine Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our Neenah, WI facility on 1st shift. You will set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts, ensuring tight tolerances and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with CNC mills, strong blueprint skills, and Mastercam familiarity. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off after 61 days, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Yam or SMG).
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus.
• Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances.
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
