Job summary

Custom Marine Inc is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift CNC Machinist at our Neenah, WI facility to set up and operate CNC machines for precision parts. Knowledge of Doosan/Haas mills and MasterCam is a definite plus, with strong blueprint reading and QA discipline.

Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am, with OT on Fridays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, two retirement plans, paid time off after 61 days, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan or Haas.
• Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus.
• Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances.
• Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Program Mills by entering instructions and offsets, and verify part programs.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Follow QA procedures to maintain quality and accuracy in manufacturing.
