Job summary

Lake Winnepesaukah Amusements Inc. is seeking a Carpenter to construct, repair, install and maintain wood structures, fixtures and finishes across the facility. You will assist the maintenance team with daily tasks and uphold safety policies.

The role requires one year of carpentry or related experience, and candidates should be proficient with common hand and power tools. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and formal carpentry training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of carpentry or maintenance experience preferred.
• Formal carpentry training is a plus.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic measurements and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout the facility.
• Construct, install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, cabinets, shelving, trim, walls, ceilings, and other wood structures.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials per specifications.
• Inspect work areas and identify repairs or maintenance needs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and PPE safely and appropriately.
• Maintain records of completed work and materials used.
• Assist maintenance staff with general repairs and other facility maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
