Job summary

RN Services is seeking experienced, skilled caregivers for 1:1 client care in home settings. You will work under a nurse case manager who oversees care to ensure safety and support, with safer environments and lower stress compared to facility work.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; daily access to RNS email and texting capabilities.
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy.
• Reliable, insured vehicle available for client transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as agreed upon by the client, family, and RNS case manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living; monitor Alzheimer’s/dementia clients; take vitals; transfers; fall prevention; bathing; home tasks; documentation; reminders; pain management.
• Provide safe transportation and run errands as needed; work in homes with pets when applicable.
• Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code; maintain CPR certification and TB test within 90 days of hire.
• Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailable.
