Job summary

Commonwise Home Care is seeking skilled caregivers for a case in the Toano / Yorktown area near York River State Park. Daytime shifts are 8A-4P, with opportunities across full-time, part-time and PRN roles.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
• Provide reliable care during times of need

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding)
• Assist with IADLs (light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies)

**SIGN ON BONUS:

Must be a level four of higher. Bonus will be received after 100 hours of successful care.
