Job summary

Kocourek Automotive is seeking a B-Level Body Technician in Appleton, WI to repair collision-damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work independently on a variety of repairs, following OEM procedures and safety guidelines within a team-focused shop.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision/body repair, read repair orders, and strive for high-quality work. We value commitment, eye for detail, and pride in accuracy. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision/body repair experience.
• Ability to independently complete common collision repairs.
• Read and follow repair procedures and work orders.
• Experience with both non-structural and some structural repairs.
• I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
• Remove and replace damaged body panels, parts, and components.
• Repair dents, dings, and other collision damage.
• Complete disassembly and reassembly of vehicles.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized work habits.
• Perform quality checks before vehicles move to next stage of repair.
