Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at the Appleton - East service center. You will blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise measurements and factory specifications. Teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff is essential to move vehicles efficiently.

You must have at least two years of experience, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience or more.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames to factory specs.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
