Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision/body repair experience.
• Ability to independently complete common collision repairs.
• Solid understanding of body repair processes.
• Ability to read and follow repair procedures and work orders.
• Experience with non-structural and some structural repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles per manufacturer specifications.
• Perform structural and non-structural repairs.
• Remove and replace damaged panels and components.
• Repair dents, dings, and other damage.
• Perform body straightening and minor structural repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety guidelines.
• Identify additional damage and communicate repair needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate work records.
