Job summary

TE Connectivity is hiring for a 1st shift assembly role. The position runs Monday through Thursday, 5:30am to 4pm, and focuses on reading drawings, following work instructions, and mastering assembly and related processes.

You will gather and record production data and uphold strict quality standards while maintaining a safe workplace. Responsibilities include detecting and correcting errors using our quality methodologies, cross-training in other departments as needed, and completing required

Qualifications

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions.
• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
• Gather and record data accurately.
• Detect and correct errors utilizing established company communication and quality methodology.
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed.
