TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator I to assemble and test electronic and mechanical components per standard instructions and drawings. The role requires soldering proficiency, microscope operation, and reliable attendance in a precision manufacturing setting.
The incumbent will work on 2nd shift (training during 2nd shift); hours are 2:15PM-12:45PM Monday-Thursday, with Friday 2PM-6PM. Candidate must perform quality checks and operate automated assembly equipment.

This role requires mandatory proficiency in soldering, exceptional hand-eye coordination, microscope operation skills, and unwavering reliability in a precision manufacturing environment.
This is a 2nd shift position but MUST be available to train on 2nd shift
Hours are 2:15PM-12:45PM Monday-Thursday, Friday 2PM-6PM
2+ years of manufacturing soldering experience highly preferred
