Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator II for 1st shift at the Mount Joy, PA site. You will read drawings, follow work instructions, and perform assembly across processes while recording data and ensuring quality. This role requires maintaining a safe work environment and collaborating across departments.

Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm. Competitive salary with benefits, commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions.
• Proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
• Gather and record data accurately.
• Detect and correct errors using company quality methodology.
• Meet standards for quality and productivity.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment, perform 5S and maintenance checks.
