Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assembly Technician, Mechanical Assembler, or similar manufacturing role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math and measurement skills
