The Real Deal Day-to-Day

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Perform manual and automated assembly and packaging of diagnostic products and kits
• Operate and assist in maintaining automated production equipment under supervisionFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality system requirements
• Complete and audit production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct in-process inspections, sampling, and basic calibrations as required
• Monitor inventory levels to support daily production needs
• Identify and report defective materials, abnormal conditions, or process deviations
