Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Assembler 2 to support mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will perform set-ups and adjustments with tolerance to drawings and written instructions, and may test equipment and products.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Manufacturing and Operations, you will work with hand tools, follow written guidance, and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years assembly experience.
• Ability to work from written instructions and drawings.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of hand tools.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical assembly operations.
• Make set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to instructions and drawings.
• Leak test assemblies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
