Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician to help maintain its residential community in Roanoke, ensuring facilities and grounds are safe and visually appealing for current and prospective residents. You will perform repairs, assist the Service Supervisor on projects, complete service requests and preventive maintenance, and respond to on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or two years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities.
