Job summary

RRD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for third shift to maintain and repair production equipment across die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, and bindery systems. You will diagnose issues and perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The role requires interpreting diagrams and specifications, precise measurement, and the ability to repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools in a production

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to read diagrams, sketches, and manuals.
• Skill in precise measurements and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Repair and maintain machinery per diagrams and manuals (die cutters, presses, conveyors, bindery equipment, etc.).
• May repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools.
