Power Home Remodeling Group offers a 2- to 4-month SkillBridge program designed for transitioning service members. Participants gain exposure to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy teams and are supported by a dedicated Pathways team. The program aims to transition successful participants to full-time roles.

We recognize military service and provide a sign-on bonus, with opportunities for leadership development and career growth across the country.

Qualifications

• In partnership with the Department of Work, we aim to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after the program.
• We provide a sign-on bonus for commitment during the 2-4 month program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2- to 4-month SkillBridge program across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy teams.
• Support transitioning service members and contribute to a premier talent development pathway.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure strong onboarding and future placement.
