CreekTech is offering a SkillBridge internship for transitioning military members to gain hands-on IT systems knowledge. You’ll support Windows, AD, Office 365, cloud services, NAS, and security tools while working with alerting, patching, and monitoring tasks.

You’ll collaborate with seasoned IT staff on infrastructure projects and audits, gaining practical experience in cybersecurity, helpdesk operations, and enterprise tools, all aimed at civilian career readiness.

Formación

• Active-duty service member approved to participate in the SkillBridge Program.
• Command approval to engage in a full-time internship during the final 180 days of military service.
• Background in IT, communications, cybersecurity, or technical support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, adapt to new environments, and work collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Tier I/II support for internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with systems setup, maintenance, and upgrades (desktops, servers, networking gear).
• Support IT asset inventory and documentation management.
• Help administer Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and security protocols.
• Contribute to IT and cybersecurity projects and audits.
• Learn and apply Creek Technologies' IT best practices and operational standards.
