SimVentions, Inc. is offering a DoD SkillBridge Internship Program designed for transitioning service members with a STEM background. This internship provides hands-on civilian work experience, mentorship, and leadership development within a supportive team environment.

Participants gain exposure to technology and innovation projects, collaborating with engineers to apply military skills to civilian career paths in Software and Systems engineering, modeling, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the completion of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input and suggestions based on your background and expertise.
• Gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
