OMNI Consulting Solutions in the United States is seeking transitioning service members for its DoD SkillBridge program.

You will work with the leadership team to gain hands-on experience in Recruiting, BD, and Business Operations within the government contracting space, including candidate sourcing, proposal support, process improvement, marketing content development, policy recommendations, and AI-focused automation initiatives.

Formación

• Active-duty service member within 2–6 months of separation and eligible for SkillBridge.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Background in finance or acquisitions/program management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support OMNI's strategic financial and program management work by helping organizations optimize resources, streamline procurement processes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Work alongside OMNI's corporate leadership team and gain hands-on experience in recruiting, business development, and business operations, including candidate sourcing, proposal support, process improvement, marketing content development, policy recommendations, and AI-focused automation initiatives.
