Job summary

Spanish Peaks Mountain Club is seeking a Skier Services Attendant in Big Sky, Montana. You will assist members and guests with snowsports gear, prepare equipment, and ensure proper forms and communications for activities and reservations. Prior ski resort hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on friendly, responsive service.

The role emphasizes guest relations, on-site coordination, and teamwork in a private mountain community environment with strong guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for outdoor activities and snowsports.
• Two years’ experience in ski resort hospitality preferred.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, on and off snow.
• Set up boots and gear for members and guests.
• Greet members/guests and ensure forms and information are completed.
• Post charges for ski and snowboard activities as needed.
• Communicate programs and reservations to staff and guests.
• Maintain relationships with past and prospective members and guests.

SUMMARY

Excellent Service is at the heart of what we do here at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club. Spanish Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 50 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, MT.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Providing services to assist members and guests with snowsports gear, both on and off snow.

• Setting up boots and gear for members and guests.

• Greeting members and guests and ensuring that all Snowsports information and release forms are accurately filled completed.

• Posting any appropriate charges associated with ski and snowboard activities.

• Properly communicating with resort staff and guests all present and upcoming programs and activities and booking corresponding reservations.

• Maintaining relationships and communication with past and future members and guests with pre- and post-visit correspondence.

• Performsadditional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for outdoor activities such as skiing.

• Two years’ working experience in ski resort hospitality is preferred.

• High school or equivalent education required.
