Finley Asphalt and Sealing, Inc in Manassas, VA is seeking a dependable Skid Steer Operator to join our team. You will operate skid steer loaders, handle materials, and perform site prep and maintenance while following safety protocols.

Must have 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within construction or mining, and be able to work overtime. PPE must be worn; training and certifications are encouraged to advance skills.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of skid steer experience required.
• Pass pre-employment screen and background check.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Wear PPE in designated areas.
• Attention to detail and stress tolerance.
• 2-5 years of related operation experience in construction or mining.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate skid steer loaders to lift, load, and move materials.
• Use attachments (buckets, forks, augers) for various tasks.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris and grading ground.
• Maintain equipment: clean, fueled and functional.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and transport around site.
• Coordinate with workers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and incidents.
