Job summary

Amrize in Colorado is seeking a Skid Steer Operator to join the Paving, Patch and Prep Crews. You will conduct daily inspections and help load materials, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols on job sites.

Local Colorado travel is required; a high school diploma and a year of related experience are requested. Valid driver's license and ability to read and write are essential; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks, maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded, moves earth or material from one location to another, and performs paving/grading work.
• Finishing grading work and building out corners.
• Keeps equipment clean and orderly; performs daily inspections for safe operation.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Operates equipment and moves material as needed; conducts routine inspections and minor repairs as required.
