Qualifications include 1–2 years of skid steer experience, a valid driver's license, knowledge of attachments, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds; travel may be required depending on project location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience operating skid steer machinery in construction or paving.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of skid steer attachments and their safe use.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project location.
• Safety-minded and capable of working in a team environment.
• Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate skid steer machinery to perform excavation, grading, backfilling, and material movement.
• Transport and load/unload materials and equipment as directed.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on skid steer equipment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety of team and equipment.
• Assist crew members with general labor tasks when not operating equipment.
• Follow all company, state, and federal safety guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate site operations.
• Willingness to travel or relocate depends on project location.
