Job summary

Goshen Engineering is seeking a hands-on Skid Assembly Supervisor to directly supervise the Skid Assembly team within Production. You will support safe, efficient, and quality-focused assembly of skids and integrated electrical equipment, reporting to the Production Manager and coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Control Wiring teams to resolve issues.

This role leads Electrical Assembly Technician I-III and designated Leads, plans work, monitors progress, and ensures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in manufacturing, electrical assembly, industrial assembly, or a related production environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and related production documentation.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Assembly Technician I-III employees and designated Leads within Skid Assembly.
Review production orders, schedules, drawings, and material requirements to plan and prioritize skid assembly work.
Monitor skid assembly work for workmanship, fit, alignment, and compliance with drawings and production requirements.
Ensure quality checks and production records are completed and address defects or deviations.
Coordinate with multiple teams regarding production needs, materials, drawings, changes, and technical issues.
