Job summary

Goshen Engineering Inc. is seeking a hands-on Skid Assembly Supervisor to lead the Skid Assembly team within Production. You will supervise Electrical Assembly Technician I-III and Leads, plan work sequences, and monitor quality, safety, and delivery performance.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Control Wiring to resolve technical issues and support timely project completion. Strong leadership and communication are essential as you coach staff and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or electrical/industrial assembly.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Strong detail orientation and adherence to processes.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Electrical Assembly Technician I-III and Leads in Skid Assembly.
• Plan and prioritize work from orders, drawings, and material needs.
• Monitor workmanship, fit, alignment, and conformance to drawings and instructions.
• Ensure quality checks and production records are completed; address defects or deviations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Control Wiring to resolve issues and support delivery.
