Qualifications

• 1+ years of guest service or similar experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred college experience.
• Valid driver's license; MRV check required if driving role.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse winter conditions.
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and engage in conversation.
• Work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Valet and inventory ski/snowboard equipment with proper labeling.
• Receive and transport equipment for guests throughout their stay.
• Maintain organized valet area and assist guests with inquiries.
• Move boots to dryers and store them in lockers.
• Coordinate equipment drop-off/return with delivery services.
• Document ski tuning instructions and transport gear to ski shop.
• Assist with inventory and provisioning of consumables.
• Provide accurate information about amenities, services, and prices.
• Cover front desk when needed and perform other duties as assigned.
