Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a friendly, service-oriented ski concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, assist with ski equipment, and maintain inventory while coordinating with resort teams to ensure smooth operations.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand and walk up to 8 hours, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays. Prior hospitality or ski-industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, guest service, or ski industry experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50lb.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable ski experience.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and proactively assist with ski and snowboard equipment needs.
• Label, inventory, and securely store skis, snowboards, boots, and related equipment.
• Prepare and deliver equipment prior to member and guest arrivals based on preferences and reservations.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory records and tracking systems.
• Assist guests with boot fitting for comfort, performance, and safety.
• Coordinate equipment tuning and repairs with tuning staff.
• Organize equipment storage areas to maintain efficiency and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Transport equipment between valet operations and resort locations.
• Drive retail sales by identifying guest needs and recommending equipment and merchandise.
• Collaborate with resort operations, concierge, guest services, ski school and transportation teams.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
