Qualifications

• Experience with ski tuning and maintenance required.
• Minimum 1 year of service technician experience.
• Background in retail and customer service preferred.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess equipment needs based on skill level and preferences.
• Perform high-quality tunes, mounting, adjustments, and repairs per guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols for tools and equipment usage.
• Complete work orders and prioritize service requests efficiently.
• Verify pricing, including promotions and advertised specials.
• Offer expert advice on ski gear and related products.
• Stay current on ski industry trends and participate in product knowledge clinics.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and cash handling accuracy.
