Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, Ski Accessory and ski wear sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Skilled communication in English and Spanish a plus with excellent follow up and organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask and work in busy environment.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems.

Salary Range: $23.00 To $30.00 Hourly

We have a Full-time and a Part-time seasonal retail sales position in our Aspen Ski Cafe Store located at the base of the Gondola in Aspen, Colorado.

Job Duties Include:

• Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes staging and merchandising, sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $25- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Opening shifts begin at 8am to 10am daily up to 6pm.
Closing shifts are until 7pm or 8pm daily.
7-to-8-hour shifts for 32 to 40 hours per week for full time.
7 to 8 hr. shifts for 16 to 24 hrs. per week.
