Full-time and part-time seasonal positions available at our Gorsuch stores located at the Little Nell and on Cooper street in Aspen, Colorado.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Seek fashion and home furnishings productknowledge to educate, inspire, and outfit our clientele.
• Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.
• Develop clientele and have a passion for luxury home furnishings, gifts and fashion.
• Adhere to store safety policies and procedures.
• Assists with the locking and securing of store at store opening and closing.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, home furnishings and gifts, customer service, or other related fields.
• Skilled communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Must be able to multitask and work in a busy environment.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working with POS and other inventorysystems.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with many different teams and people.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $23- $32 hourly. The rate of pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
