Gorsuch in Aspen, CO seeks Sales Associate for full-time year-round and part-time seasonal roles at the Aspen Ski Cafe Store, base of the Gondola. The role focuses on luxury ski apparel, accessories, and equipment, delivering premium customer service and styling guidance to a high-end clientele.

Candidates should have luxury retail experience, flair for fashion, and a passion for mountain lifestyle. English and Spanish skills are a plus; POS and inventory systems experience is welcome.

We have a Full-time and a Part-time seasonal retail sales position in our Aspen Ski Cafe Store located at the base of the Gondola in Aspen, Colorado.

Job Duties Include:

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the customer experience.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to educate, inspire and work with our clientele.
• Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes staging and merchandising, sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, Ski Accessory and ski wear sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Skilled communication in English and Spanish a plus with excellent follow up and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $25- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Opening shifts begin at 8am to 10am daily up to 6pm.
Closing shifts are until 7pm or 8pm daily.
7-to-8-hour shifts for 32 to 40 hours per week for full time.
7 to 8 hr. shifts for 16 to 24 hrs. per week.
