Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, home furnishings and gifts, customer service, or other related fields.
- Skilled communication in English (Spanish a plus).
- Must be able to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
- Comfortable working with POS and other inventorysystems.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with many different teams and people.
Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Seek fashion and home furnishings productknowledge to educate, inspire, and outfit our clientele.
- Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.
- Develop clientele and have a passion for luxury home furnishings, gifts and fashion.

- Assists with the locking and securing of store at store opening and closing.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $23- $32 hourly. The rate of pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat.
- Opening Shifts 9 am to 6pm.
- Closing Shifts 11 am to 7pm.
- Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun Opening Shifts 10 am to 6pm, Closing Shifts 11am to 7pm.
- 7 to 8 hours per day excluding breaks.
