Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners is seeking a ski/snowboard instructor to provide safe, professional, and fun lessons at The Arizona Snowbowl. You will teach techniques per progression, manage student progression, and emphasize safety for guests of all ages.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and groups. Uniforms and professional presentation are expected in all interactions with guests.

Qualifications

• Attend at least fifteen (15) hours of continuing education training clinics per season.
• Ability to spend a full day on skis/snowboard in winter conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform light snow shoveling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach snowsports progressions in a clear, concise manner per department policies.
• Promote safety in all classes and enforce the guest responsibility code.
• Act as an educator with crowd supervision, terrain park etiquette, and guest relations duties.
