Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners seeks a seasonal ski/snowboard instructor at Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ. You will provide safe, professional instruction to guests, demonstrating skills and guiding progression in a fun environment.

Responsibilities include engaging both children and adults, assessing progress, and upholding safety and policy standards in all lessons. Uniforms must be clean and professional, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Attend at least fifteen (15) hours of continuing education training clinics per season.
• Ability to physically demonstrate skiing/snowboarding skills.
• Wear assigned uniform jacket with solid black snow pants; neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate skiing and snowboarding techniques to students.
• Assess student progressions and tailor lessons to ability and terrain.
• Prioritize safety and guest relations in all classes.
• Follow Ski & Snowboard School policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing schedules and assignments.
