Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and tuning skiing/snowboarding equipment.
• Excellent customer service and guest-facing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work long shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Aid the rental shop during peak hours to meet guests' equipment needs.
• Help guests choose right-sized boots, skis, and snowboards based on height, weight, and skill.
• Present rental agreements and complete necessary documents.
• Conduct routine safety inspections on rental equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with rental team for inventory management and equipment availability.
• Provide guidance on equipment adjustments for comfort and performance.
• Address guest concerns related to rental equipment.
