Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Grooming Manager at Willamette Pass, OR, to lead the grooming team and ensure safe, impeccably groomed slopes and trails for guests of all levels.

You will operate snow grooming equipment, supervise staff, and coordinate with management on weather-related operations, events, safety protocols, and late-night shifts; a valid driver's license and at least three years in ski resort grooming are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of ski resort grooming experience preferred.
• Leadership or team-building experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ski slopes and trails to ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests.
• Operate grooming equipment and machinery.
• Lead and motivate grooming staff; coordinate with management on conditions, events and safety.
