Responsibilities

Provide breakfast and lunch service: set up, cooking, plating, and breakdown.
Perform food prep (chopping, mise en place, basic baking) to support all meals.
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols in kitchen and dining room.
Help manage inventory and support efforts to reduce waste and control costs.
Communicate with the Chef about needs, issues, and daily operations.
Interact with members, families, and guests in a warm, professional manner.
