Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking Ski School Front Desk Agents for seasonal roles. You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, and process sales for ski lessons. The position offers both full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities and pays $20.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, friendly, and computer literate, with strong communication skills. Opportunities for advancement and resort perks are provided to eligible team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and take appropriate action surrounding guest issues
• Answer phone calls from guests
• Provide general information about the Snow Sports School
• Sales and booking of snow sports lessons
• Administrative duties
• Sell select products to guests
• Assist guests with rates and information regarding lessons

The Ski School Front Desk Agents are expected to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all ski school guests, from initial inquiries through the completion of their sales. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented, friendly, proactive problem solvers, and computer literate.

There are full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities available for this position. Compensation is $20.00/hour.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
