Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced Ski & Ride School Director to lead and grow our ski and snowboard instruction programs. You will oversee staff development, program quality, safety standards, and mountain operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in instruction with 3+ years in leadership, PSIA/AASI Level 3 preferred, and a passion for mountain culture. This is a full-time, year-round role at Crystal Mountain, WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ski/snowboard instruction experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• PSIA/AASI Level 3 Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ski and snowboard instructors, fostering safety and guest service.
• Design and oversee lesson programs for all ages and abilities, including private and group lessons.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, scheduling, and payroll to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with Lift Operations, Marketing and Guest Services to enhance guest experiences and drive participation.
