Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah is hiring a Steward Supervisor for year-round operations. You will supervise stewards, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across back-of-house areas.

The role involves coordinating with the banquet team for events and maintaining dishware and service ware readiness. Ideal candidates have restaurant experience and proven staff management skills, with bilingual Spanish and English being a plus.

Qualifications

• Staff management experience required.
• Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish and English).
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train all stewards and stewarding crew leaders.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Report equipment failures to the maintenance department.
• Coordinate with banquet chef to provide plates and service wares for events.
• Receive, clean, and restock flatware, china, glassware, and equipment.
• Operate dish machines and clean hoods, ovens, grills, kettles, etc.
• Keep dock area organized and clean; manage trash and handwash stations.
