Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking Parking & Shuttle Guides to serve as the friendly first point of contact for guests, guiding traffic, operating shuttles, and maintaining safe, welcoming base areas. This full-time seasonal role offers the chance to stay active and work with a tight-knit team in a stunning mountain environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing directions, coordinating with multiple departments, and handling payments at paid parking areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move during shifts; can lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone for their day.
• Provide accurate directions and information about the resort and base areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist during high-traffic times.
• Handle questions with patience and a solutions-first attitude.
• Create small moments of hospitality and represent Big Sky's brand and values.
• Operate guest shuttles between parking lots and the Mountain Village Base Area.
