Job description

Overview

If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and being the first point of contact for thousands of mountain visitors, this is your chance to be a key player in delivering Big Sky Resort's transformational guest experience.

Our Parking & Shuttle Guides are part of the Base Operations crew within Big Sky's Mountain Operations team, delivering the warm welcome that starts every guest's day and the fond farewell that closes it. This team sets the tone for the entire day by ensuring our base areas are safe, organized, and inviting. From maintaining clean and functional parking areas to operating guest shuttles, this role offers a unique opportunity to stay active, work independently, and meet new people every day. As a Team Member on this crew, you are often the very first taste of Big Sky's hospitality a guest gets, and the way you show up shapes how they feel about their entire day on the mountain.

Whether you're guiding traffic, driving a shuttle, or answering questions about the mountain, no two days are the same. Come ready to work outside in all weather conditions with a tight knit crew who takes pride in their work and their view.
