Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking Parking & Shuttle Guides to be the first point of contact for guests. You will help with directions, shuttle operations, and base-area upkeep while staying active outdoors.

Join a tight-knit team within Mountain Operations, delivering a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This full-time seasonal role offers exposure to a busy mountain environment and opportunities to interact with guests daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone for their day at Big Sky.
• Provide directions and information about the resort, base areas, and surrounding community.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance during high-traffic times.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with patience and a solutions-first attitude.
• Operate guest shuttles and maintain parking areas to keep the base area safe and inviting.
